Comfortable hotel, I greatly enjoyed exceptional breakfast!

Was a comfortable place for trip. Everything was great, good service, convenient location adjacent to the Forbidden City, a fancy taxi to go to the airport and the Shangri-La. Comforts of a double room were fabulous - central heating, a safe, and multi-channel TV.

The staff is caring here. the services are excellent. - the location is prime, close to the Forbidden City and the center. - the breakfast has above average and comprehensive options with more European offerings.

tbh, had a very nice stay on a business trip. the a double room was great-sized and beautifully maintained with extra big bed, humidifier.

Nice building and rooms here, plus access to the executive lounge which is a nice touch. the breakfast offers a variety of hot dishes and even some more European options for those wanting a taste of home 🍳.

This European hotel in Beijing is located in a secure area, making it feel safe and welcoming. the large rooms are modern and come with spacious beds and humidifiers for added comfort. - the breakfast offers a variety of hot dishes and European choices, perfect for starting the day. - I had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Beijing, especially since I attended a private event there over the weekend.

Spacious room, good cleaning. Liked the gym. Pool could be bigger. Hotpot and Peking Duck nearby. Grab DiDi to city RMB50 per ride.

The hotel is conveniently located near major tourist attractions, such as the Summer Palace and Beijing University. Guests can easily explore these interesting sights during their stay. Additionally, there are some decent restaurants in the area for dining options.

The hotel is not close to an underground station, which may make transportation a bit more challenging for guests.

the staff at shangri-la beijing were outstanding, exceeding our expectations with their service, care, and friendliness. the access to the executive lounge and the lovely pool made our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect for our work at the exhibition center, despite the distance to downtown beijing.

Breakfast staff forgot to ask if i wanted coffee or tea.

As young holiday goers, we loved the great facilities and nice gym at this hotel. The rooms were excellent and spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, as it was close to a park and canal, which made for a lovely walk or run. We even found it convenient to run to the nearby Summer Palace along the canal, which was about 5K away.

We felt so comfortable during our stay that we have no complaints whatsoever.

We were incredibly impressed by the service at Shangri-La. The duty managers went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, even going as far as sending honey/pear drinks and treats to our sick daughter. The concierge also provided excellent recommendations. The staff at the Valley Lounge were friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms, despite being a bit dated, were still comfortable.

During my xmas trip, I enjoyed the complementary fruit basket and water bottles in my room, as well as the use of the hotel's gym and sauna. The hotel's location near a major university and a beautiful park made it a great home base for exploring the city. The spacious and well-maintained garden was a peaceful retreat from the busy streets.

While the hotel was generally clean and well-maintained, some staff members were unprofessional and unresponsive to guest needs. There was also some noise from staff areas that disrupted my stay.

The room was immaculate and offered a lovely view. The fitness facilities were top-notch and the pool was a favorite. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy Zizhu Park. Special mention to Richard Qin, the concierge service leader, who went above and beyond to help me during a thunderstorm. The spa and pool facilities were exceptional compared to other hotels I've visited.

Felt right at home, no reason to complain.
