I was delighted by the exceptional service during my stay. The attentive staff quickly accommodated my needs, whether securing transport or recommending local spots. Their quick response made my business trip smoother.

The hotel's efficiency in refunding my security deposit post-stay was highly disappointing, overshadowing the stylish design of my room and the pleasant ambiance of the garden.

staying at this hotel gave me easy access to so many landmarks, with attractions like Zizhuyuan Park just a short walk away and the beautiful Fine Art Museum of Research Institute of Traditional Chinese Painting right around the corner, making my weekend filled with delightful discoveries.

The WIFI login process is cumbersome and unreliable!!! A shocking security deposit requirement was not clearly disclosed, and air conditioning troubles were frustratingly dismissed with a suggestion to open windows!!!

the lobby bar is a total disaster, you can sit there forever without any service, it’s really not worth it. also, I found it appauling that I was expected to pay a massive deposit and received no upgrade in return. I almost thought I’d be impressed, but the air conditioning left me sweating instead.

The garden at the back of the hotel is a lovely spot for afternoon drinks and enjoying the local scenery.

The lobby bar was frustratingly slow, and I felt ignored waiting for service.

staying at this hotel made exploring beijing a breeze, as the beautiful fine art museum of research institute of traditional chinese painting was just a short walk away and zizhuyuan park was perfect for a relaxing stroll after a day of sightseeing.

It was just a solid selection for a weekend rest in Beijing with value for money. The concierge team was incredibly helpful, ensuring my parcels arrived before I checked in. Consider having a taxi app ready for easy transport.

i loved my stay at shangri-la. the location is super convenient, right near the newer valley wing. the concierge was exceptional, fixing my room's air conditioning quickly. the indoor pool and sauna were a fantastic way to relax after a busy day.

The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort during the stay. Every amenity in the room was thoughtfully prepared, making it a very comfortable experience.

Single stay that was lovely

I got the best service when they helped me with a private tour to the Great Wall. Justin Liu from the concierge was a lifesaver like arranging a van for our family and giving us a hotel bag full of water and fruit. It, and the attention to detail was just excellent.

A bit pricey but worth every penny.
